Drew Neal, Kickboxing Champion: Arjun Kapoor on Taking Advice from Drew Neal: “He is The Perfect Trainer for My Health Condition”


Arjun Kapoor, the actor, has suffered from obesity since childhood. He revealed that his physical condition meant training twice as hard to achieve good results. Drew Neal, a world champion in kickboxing, helped him to reach the right body type.
Arjun says, “I think everybody knows that I am a constant work-in-progress when it comes to fitness because I have dealt daily with obesity and the effects it has on my mind.” To achieve the body type required for a Hindi film star, I must work harder than others and do twice as much exercise.
Thirty-six years old, the actor said that he enjoys trying new things and training with “hardcore professionals.”
“If I do the same thing every day, I feel bored and uninspired.” I am always open to trying new things and challenging myself to achieve my goals. Arjun Kapoor stated that he likes to experiment with new things and trains with hardcore professionals who push him like no tomorrow.
Arjun said, “That’s why Drew Neal was so excellent at what he does. He is the best trainer for my health condition. Every day is a training day for Neal. After a while, you realize that it all comes down to your mind. The more focused you are, the better the results.
Arjun Kapoor said that Neal, a professional kickboxer, understands him mentally.
Drew understands my need to stay focused both mentally and physically. He truly cares about me and my feelings. He explained that my life and my work are not about the final result. It’s about consistency and continuity.
Arjun Kapoor said, “Sometimes it’s just about checking the box and saying okay we did an okay job today without really looking at the end result.”
Arjun is glad that people appreciate his transformation.
He stated that he had worked tirelessly towards his transformation and was happy to see people noticing the changes. This transformation has taken me to the brink of my death, and I know I will have to put in a lot of effort to become fitter. Because I want to improve every day, I will continue to do it.
